In this role, you will lead and mentor a team, focusing on exciting wastewater infrastructure projects while collaborating with a range of technical experts to drive innovation and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of design professionals and technicians to achieve high performance.
  • Business Development: Engage in business development activities, including proposal preparation, client meetings, and presentations.
  • Project Management: Develop and manage project scope, budget, staffing, and schedules. Oversee the design and construction phases while ensuring adherence to project goals and quality standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Perform complex engineering design tasks, including calculations, equipment sizing, and developing technical documentation such as flow diagrams and engineering reports.
  • Client and Regulatory Interaction: Liaise with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project compliance and facilitate approvals.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance and control, facilitating independent reviews and ensuring high standards across all project phases.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of experience in project management, preferably with a focus on wastewater projects.
  • Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Skills: Ability to perform engineering calculations and design tasks, understanding of local codes and requirements, and experience in leadership and team management.
