Easy24 Manager

We are looking for an Easy24 Manager. You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

Easy24 is an eB2B platform created by Pernod Ricard allowing trade outlets (bars, restaurants, etc.) to order all products they need (not only Pernod Ricard, not only Wines & Spirits) to their wholesalers in order to run their business. The platform has been live for 4 years and is growing exponentially. Reporting to the Global Head of Business the Easy 24 Manager is a passionate intrapreneur who will be responsible for the continuity and improvement of the platform, translating the strategy and ambition defined by the Head of indirect Channels into deployment roadmap, accountable for the product roadmap, securing the right resources, ensuring entrepreneurial mindset and constantly looking to further expand the reach of the platform.

Your role?

YOU WILL BE THE PROJECT LEAD OF EASY24

• You will ensure business teams and product team work in an agile way

• You will evaluate feature requests coming from the business together with Product Owner

• You will ensure adoption of the product roadmap by business teams

YOU WILL ENSURE HIGH-LEVEL OF ENGAGEMENT AND FOCUS FROM EASY24 AND PERNOD RICARD TEAMS

• You will ensure highest proximity with Market Companies to ensure easy24 plays a key role in local strategic battlegrounds. Proactively identify roadblocks and propose remediation plan

• You will elevate entrepreneurial mindset of both direct and indirect teams

• You will ensure strong focus of easy24 teams on the very few key priorities that really matter

• You will strengthen, animate, and grow easy24 community, fostering best practices exchange with the aim of maximizing learnings and efficiency of the deployment strategy
• You will proactively propose changes in the organization and ways of working

YOU WILL IMPLEMENT AND MONITOR DEPLOYMENT ROADMAP

• You will monitor Easy24 roadmap implementation

• You will closely monitor metrics and KPIs, focusing on wholesalers and trade outlets adoption

• You will ensure quickest possible feedback loop to include users’ feedback into product strategy

• You will closely monitor budget, maximizing ROI and proactively propose adjustments when necessary

• You will challenge local deployment strategies

YOU WILL MAXIMIZE ADDED-VALUE FOR PERNOD RICARD AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS

• You will define methodology to compute easy24 impact on Market Companies P&L, aligned with local management

• You will maximize easy24 impact on Market Companies P&L as well as other partners’

• You will constantly challenge results and ambition

If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply! 

• You have a Business, engineering or equivalent master’s degree with a specialization in Finance
• You have work experience in consulting environment or in FP&A in a corporate environment (minimum 3-5 years) with prior experience in business analysis & reporting processes
• You have good knowledge of accounting principles (P&L & balance sheet) facilitating discussions with other Finance teams & to instil finance excellence in departments
• You have an interest in and the ability to drive change on Finance tools: excellent knowledge of Excel, good knowledge of ERP and data visualization tools (Power BI would be a plus)
• You can adapt to different stakeholders and have excellent interpersonal skills to excel in a highly collaborative & internal environment
• You are pro-active and curious and ensure operational excellence & continuous improvement
• You are autonomous and agile and ensure pertinent business partnering
• You are rigorous and are able to provide analyses communicated to stakeholders (incl. Pernod Ricard’s top mgmt)
• You are fluent in French and English
