Job description

This position is available immediately in full-time (40hrs./week) within Germany or UK remotely or at one of our office locations.

Your tasks

Ensure the successful completion of AI projects, positioning IU as the leading beneficiary of AI in the education sector.
Plan, define, scope and implement AI enablement projects, ensuring they align with IU strategy.
Develop and implement best practices for the successful implementation of LLM including ChatGPT, GPT-4.
Own AI change management and improvement process, provide guidance and communication towards stakeholders.

Your Profile

Proven experience in project management, with a deep understanding of LLM, Gen AI, and AI technologies and platforms.
Experience in creating and implementing standardized processes, preferably with a strong technical background and consulting experience.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, driving change management and project implementation.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate strategies and solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
