The Reward expert role will be a key contributor to the Global Total Rewards Team. The incumbent will be involved in day-to-day activities as well as recurring total reward processes and campaigns, with a main focus on compensation matters. The role will report to the VP of Total Rewards (located in FR).

What You'll Need To Be Successful

  • 5+ years’ experience in Compensation, Rewards, or HR controlling 
  • Experience in benefits management for several EMEA countries
  • Analytical skills, ability to understand data, and drive recommendations with high attention to detail
  • Capacity to communicate and explain/educate people on compensation & benefits matters 
  • Ability to deal with complex technical matters and to make it easy to understand solutions/recommendations
  • Proactivity & problem-solving incumbent
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • Proficiency with most used data tools (ie Google Suite, Microsoft Excel)
  • Ability to work with ambiguity in fast-changing/growing environments and execute according to project plans 
  • Sense of client service
  • Challenge the status quo!

How You'll Make An Impact

Business As Usual:

  • Develop and maintain salary bands supporting Dataiku’s compensation philosophy and competitiveness (market benchmarks using global and/or tech data providers, peer reviews, feedback from the field) 
  • Support and educate managers, People Business Partners, and the Talent Acquisition Team on any compensation-related topic
  • Partner with People Operations, People Systems, Payroll, Finance, and Legal  teams  to ensure the smooth rollout of compensation programs
  • Participate in the evolution and scaling of existing total reward policies and processes
  • Support the Benefits manager in managing  our EMEA and APAC benefits programs
  • Provide input relating to compensation workstream in Total Rewards projects (compensation training, communication on Total Rewards-related matters)

Quarterly

Provide input relating to compensation workstream in Total Rewards projects (compensation training, communication on Total Rewards-related matters) 

  • Own the quarterly bonus payout process autonomously. Ensure approval/control and timeline for payroll 
  • Create and maintain process documentation

Annual

Manage compensation surveys. Compiles and submits data 

  • Provide analysis and recommendations supporting the review/creation of compensation ranges across multiple geos 
  • Assist the Total Rewards Team in the annual compensation review cycle (from design training to implementation in payroll) 
  • Develop tools/training/documentation related to compensation 
  • Participate to the leveling review and update the campaign
