Your missions

Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Maritime Intelligence Training Planner to support the Navy Warfare Development Command (NWDC). In this role, you will provide subject matter expertise in Fleet Intelligence and Opposing Forces (OPFOR) to enhance the training and sustainment of Maritime Operations Centers (MOCs) command and control capabilities. Your contributions will significantly impact the operational readiness of Major and Numbered Fleets Commands, Naval Component Commands (NCC), and Joint Force Maritime Component Commands (JFMCC).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate exercise concepts, scenarios, and injects that align with current naval, joint, and coalition doctrine.
  • Manage the integration of processed and fused Intelligence Community-based documents, assessments, briefings, and databases.
  • Prepare exercise documents, including manning documents, messages, orders, and game books.
  • Maintain MOC levels of performance, readiness assessment, and feedback standards.
  • Coordinate with the MOC Training Team, government representatives, and other stakeholders to meet deadlines.
  • Provide lessons learned from synthetic training exercises and ensure relevant changes are incorporated into future exercises.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or 9+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
  • MOC N2 and/or MIOC experience is required.
  • Expert knowledge of Navy structure and defense-level intelligence operations.
