YOUR MISSION

Join the dynamic People team as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist within our global Talent Development Team. In this role, you'll innovate and implement learning solutions that support our leaders and employees, maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will play a crucial role in the personal and professional growth within Glovo, ensuring our learning initiatives are impactful and aligned with our strategic goals.

 

THE JOURNEY

Be a part of a team where you will:
  • Lead the end-to-end project management of learning initiatives, from conceptualization to facilitation and evaluation, acting as a project manager of such initiatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs analyses, design engaging content, develop training programs, and implement effective evaluation strategies for our leadership development programs.
  • Assess training effectiveness, recommend enhancements, and articulate L&D priorities to senior leadership.
  • Develop a scalable global learning strategy that aligns with organizational goals, incorporates diverse perspectives, and leverages innovative learning methods for impactful, consistent results across regions.
  • Forge strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, COEs, and HRBPs fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 5-7 years of experience in L&D or a related field, with a proven track record in leadership development and training facilitation.
  • Expertise in designing and delivering both face-to-face and virtual instructor-led trainings (VILT), along with online content creation.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, adept at managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making and a capacity to thrive in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, particularly Workday Learning, and e-learning platforms like LinkedIn Learning.

    • A strong foundation in adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
