This is a remote position.

HR Transformations is a Management Consulting firm with an active and growing change management practice. We currently have a roster of over 220 clients across a wide variety of industries from Financial Services to Manufacturing, CPG to Retail & Distribution and a team of 35+ talented Consultants. We employ fresh, flexible and pragmatic approaches that put our clients front and center. The success of our projects has been based on the caliber of our consultants, the uniquely integrated manner in which we work and our robust best practice change management framework. We are rapidly growing our North American footprint within our ERP Change Management Services. As we look towards our future and consider our resourcing needs for anticipated engagements, we are interested in meeting experienced ERP Training Leads to expand our network and build long-lasting relationships.

 
THE OPPORTUNITY
As SAP Training Lead you’ll provide leadership and guidance to implementation teams and ultimately optimize the learning experience for our client’s end users. As part of our Change Management practice, the role responsibilities include:
  • Manage the overall project team training plan and approach
  • Confirm resource requirements and timing, define the priorities, resources, roles and responsibilities for team efforts
  • Develop role-based curricula and course outlines based on the end user job roles and tasks
  • Manage the process for identification of participants for each course, preparing the training schedule, and delivery strategy, notifying participants, preparing training facilities and coordinating all training logistics
  • Support the help desk development process and approach where required. Define processes and standards for course content development; help establish documentation management design, standards, and tools, monitor adherence to established standards
  • Oversee the development of course-ware and instructor presentation materials; review deliverables
  • Manage day-to-day training development needs and requirements
  • Act as a communication focal point for training issues; ensure timely issue identification, resolution and appropriate escalation
  • Develop and maintain detailed training work plans and budgets
  • Develop training curriculum content, finalize course outlines, and develop course review schedules
  • Monitor quality of training development effort; reviewing materials and providing feedback to training developers
  • Develop and deliver Train-the-trainer courses for instructors, if required

   
YOU

You’re comfortable contracting with an established boutique firm and look forward to furthering your successful track record of delivering superior results for clients. In addition, you:

  • Combine your educational background with at least 5 years of experience leading large training initiatives for ERP or complex technology implementations including SAP / S4 Hana implementations that involve multiple core modules
  • Can see anticipate and identify emerging issues and provide practical solutions in a way that compels and aligns others
  • Leverage strong project management skills to deliver on time training design and development as well as driving the logistics that result in exceptional delivery across multiple locations and channels
  • Consistently motivate, coach, and engage training developers to create superior client relationships and deliver high quality training materials on plan
  • Are known for keeping up to date on emerging trends in training development and delivery. EnableNow experience considered an asset
