Responsibilities

  • 定期拜访商业客户, 了解客户的业务需求
  • 收集市场信息,上报商业销售进销存数据,为客户提供合理建议
  • 维护辖区内的市场秩序和价格体系
  • 负责所辖区域经销商维护和管理,保证合理的库存,不造成市场断货,不造成产品过效期
  • 定期与销售沟通,了解销售人员需求;协调商业公司与销售团队的合作
  • 负责所辖区域内药品信息收集、招标政策分析及参与药品招标等工作

Qualifications & Skills

教育背景

本科以上学历,医学、药学专业毕业

相关领域工作经验

2-3 年商务工作或相关经验,有药品招标经验、同类合资公司经验者、有特

  • 主动通过定期经销商拜访、沟或数据整合时刻掌握各类的特征和态
  • 能根据经销商协议内容向提出明确的行为规范(倡导和红线)绩效标准,并定期对经销商的各类行为进跟及时提供必要反馈、资源或技术支持。

关系建立与维护

  • 重视人际关系(行业专家、医院政府招标办等)的拓展和维护
  • 定期拜访利益相关者,建立初步的业务往来,确保与其能够顺利开展顺畅的业务合作。
