Your missions

Description

In this role, you will be instrumental in promoting a diverse range of products and services to both new and existing clients. Your primary aim will be to build strong relationships and establish yourself as a trusted partner, aiding clients in achieving their goals while also meeting our sales objectives. Utilizing consultative selling techniques, you will manage and expand sales across various offerings, including amenities, textiles, and room accessories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients to drive sales and increase market share.
  • Conduct sales presentations and apply consultative selling techniques to address client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Manage and support existing accounts, swiftly addressing any issues to enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay in regular contact with clients to update them on new products, services, pricing changes, and other relevant information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, effectively addressing client needs.
  • Forecast sales trends and manage account information accurately.
  • Work closely with Accounts Receivable to ensure timely payment of invoices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of successful sales experience, ideally within hospitality or distribution sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems, including Salesforce.com and Phocas.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with effective task prioritization.

Skills And Abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to present information clearly and respond effectively to questions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative, solution-driven approach.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team, with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and familiar with analytical software tools.

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands to operate a computer and telephone.
  • Occasionally lift and move up to 20 pounds.
  • Frequent travel required for client meetings, training, and industry events.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and maintain automobile insurance.

Work Environment

  • If working remotely, a reliable internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace are required.
  • May involve evening and weekend work depending on customer needs.
