Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to German-speaking clients across various communication channels.
  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and deliver timely solutions.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Accurately record customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with your colleagues to achieve service targets and enhance customer experience.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Prior experience in customer support is a plus, but not mandatory.
