Your missions

Our Home is seeking a dedicated and service-minded People Operations Generalist to join our team. As a People Operations Generalist at Our Home, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to provide support in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and HRIS systems administration. You will help create a positive and inclusive work environment while ensuring our policies and practices align with legal requirements and industry best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of corporate and on-location roles
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding and orientation process for new hires in a remote work environment
  • Execute on long-term project initiatives while balancing day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Assist with the implementation and administration of People programs and policies
  • Handle and respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Focus on delivering an excellent employee experience for both new and existing team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR/People Operations.  Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
  • Experience supporting organizations in a remote work environment
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency with Rippling and Workable are a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
