Job Description

The Customer Support Specialist at TaxPay will be responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing satisfaction of our customers. You will work closely with our sales, product, and support teams to drive value for our customers and help them achieve their goals. If you're passionate about helping others succeed and have a strong background in customer service and account management, we want you on our team!

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and guide them through the setup and implementation process.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives, and provide personalized support and guidance.
  • Advocate for customers internally and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address their needs and concerns.
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to review progress, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on TaxPay's products and services and provide training and resources to customers as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on renewal and expansion opportunities and contribute to revenue growth objectives.
