Globally recognized Fortune 5 eCommerce company is currently hiring for a HR Assistants (Call Center) that will heavily focus on supporting internal employees with various questions and stages of support within the benefits realm including open enrollment support. With this being a high ramp opportunity for hiring, we're requesting very careful reading of the mandatory requirements below and disqualifiers for consideration.
Pay: $21/hr. (Set final pay, no room for negotiation)
Location: Fully Remote
Shift: Various Morning Shifts (
***MUST be comfortable working 1-2 weekends (permanent shift) and certain shifts may involve swing/evening shifts depending on time zone***)

(Responsibilities)
The HR Assistants will be responsible for providing HR assistance to organizational employees in the form of accurate, consistent and timely responses to inquiries from various contact channels – phone, chats and HR cases.
The role of the HR Assistant II in the organization is to serve as a first point of contact for employee related inquiries and holistic case management services, including but not limited to financial, health, and internal review to meet compliance with corresponding benefit plans as defined by the organization.

- ***Must be comfortable working 1-2 weekends; certain shifts may involve swing/evening shifts depending on time zone***
- Flexibility to work in various hours of operation (will have set schedule).
- ***2+ years of experience in a high volume call-center environment in the last 3 years required***.
- 2+ years of experience in the Benefits realm required.
- Benefits Case Management and/or Benefits Open Enrollment.
- Experience with rapid and complex changing work environments.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible working environment.
- Technical aptitude and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
(Immediate Disqualifiers)
- Job hoppy tenure (changing jobs every 6 months besides contracts).
- No direct call center environment experience in the last 2 years (relevant job title or job description).
- Not flexible to work during weekends nor evening shift (for Central and East Coast candidates) depending on remaining current shifts.
- Overqualified job titles (Call Center Supervisors, Managers...etc.)

Compensation is tied to the Colorado and Washington markets for jobs performed in Colorado and Washington. Other locations may be subject to variances based on location-related factors.
