IF YOU ARE

• Proficient in English
• Experienced in teaching adults, with a minimum of 5 years in a teaching background
• Passionate about helping others dive into new technologies
• Skilled in at least two programming languages (C#/.NET, Python, JavaScript)
• Knowledgeable about databases (SQL, NoSQL) with an understanding of network protocols and cloud technologies
• Familiar with project management processes
• Experienced in educational programs as a teacher, mentor, or coordinator
• A holder of a specialist or master’s degree in teaching (Computer Science, Math, Physics, or similar)
• Skilled in performing supervisory responsibilities
• Adaptable to cater to individuals with varying English proficiency levels
• Possessing relevant certifications such as Microsoft or Cisco (would be a plus)
  
  
  

AND YOU WANT TO

• Conduct various formats of language training adhering to the Cross-Cultural Communication Center’s standards and best practices
• Achieve learning outcomes by effectively driving learners toward their goals
• Tailor lessons to address the specific needs of students
• Monitor and evaluate students’ progress through established assessment processes
• Utilize internal systems for course management, including tracking of attendance and performance
• Participate in operational meetings and collaborate with the Cross-Cultural Communication Center’s Management team
• Engage in team initiatives to enhance and diversify the Cross-Cultural Communication Center’s learning solutions
• Participate in knowledge- and experience-sharing team initiatives as an SME
• Pursue professional development in alignment with the functional Competence Model
