We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Support System Engineer to join our Population Health Solutions team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our Health Information Exchange (HIE) platforms. You will be the primary point of contact for our international clients, providing technical support and resolving system issues related to healthcare data integration.

Responsibilities

As a System Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our Support Organization as a healthcare data integration expert. You will serve as the primary client contact, leading troubleshooting activities and resolving system interface issues on the HIE platform. Your responsibilities will include managing incident tasks, setting up and maintaining environments, and providing Tier III and other support as needed. Collaboration with the Population Health Team and leadership will be essential in this role.
