This is a remote position.

Position Title: Customer Service Admin
Work Set-up: Work from Home
Schedule: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Salary: Php 30,000 – 40,000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMIN

Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Admin would be:
• Conduct follow-up calls, email and chat support on existing customers to check customer satisfaction and offer further assistance
• Filling forms and appointment setting tasks
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Communicating with customers through various channels
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing customer requests.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.


Qualifications as a Customer Service Admin:
• Fluency in English is required
• 1-2 years of customer service admin and outbound calling experience is preferred
• Preferably with work experience in a spa service support
• Knows Google sheet, Gmail, Whatsapp and other applications
• With experience in form filling, email drafting and appointment setting
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a sales-oriented environment, with a track record of achieving customer satisfaction
• Excellent multitasking abilities and a positive attitude in handling a high volume of calls and inquiries
• Strong sales acumen and ability to upsell to existing clients
• Friendly, positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
• High school/college diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
• Comfortable using computers and experience with customer support.
• Familiarity with CRMs and phone dialing systems.
• Excellent English communication skills both oral and written.
• Ability to work unsupervised and willingness to work on a mid-shift schedule.
