• Conduct follow-ups to assess customer satisfaction and gather feedback
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and solutions provided
• Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements
• Provide training or support to customers as required

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in after sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster relationships
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
