Responsibilities

Conduct follow-ups to assess customer satisfaction and gather feedback
Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and solutions provided
Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements
Provide training or support to customers as required

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Experience in after sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster relationships
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient in using electronic communication tools and customer management systems
