Job description

We're in search of Operations Officers to help in bolstering our services as we advance our growth. We seek an individual who aligns with our aspirations and passionate for support to individuals with medical hair loss across United Kingdom.

What difference will you make?

Your input will shape how we run our day to day activities to provide support to wig recipients, stakeholders, funders and general public. With your help, we will be able to continue to provide quality wigs to young people and adults with medical hair loss challenges.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a volunteer who has experience in BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / SALES STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT AND PLANNING GENERAL / OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

What will you be doing?

Operations management expertise. Track record in overseeing the growth of a charity or business. Demonstrates a strong business-oriented mindset. Possesses essential awareness and empathy towards our cause, a prerequisite for all Trustees. Proficiency in strategic development and planning. Understanding and acceptance of the legal duties, responsibilities, and liabilities associated with trusteeship. Displays a willingness to learn and adapt. Exhibits excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates tact, diplomacy, and adeptness in relationship building We encourage individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, ages, and experiences, acknowledging the significant contributions they can offer to our board discussions.
