We require all our head office associates to be proficient in French, spoken and written.

Position is REMOTE : The selected candidate must reside within 250 km of our BOUCHERVILLE (Qc) office.

Your role

  • Provides communication and support to stores daily via email or phone calls.
  • Respond to emails from various support inboxes and communications platform.
  • Work in collaboration with different partners to solve problems and share information with them, managers, store teams and possibly directly with customers.
  • Support stores and corporate users in the use of the different PRO platforms
  • Work in collaboration with our partners in the execution and implementation of various operational initiatives that affect the PROS
  • Execute processes, create corporate policy documents for any new store or customer program initiatives.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to stores, Field PRO Managers and business partners to maximize all sales opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Communicates and interacts with other internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Merchandising, Communications, Asset Protection, Credit, Human Resources) to educate, identify, and provide solutions that meet the needs of PRO Operations.
  • Leverages personal knowledge of products and other resources to complete quotes, cross reference products, and process orders & coordinate deliveries.
  • Continuously evaluates sales support tools for opportunities to improve and allow teams to collaborate and access information more easily.
  • May conduct occasional store visits to determine the effectiveness of support, communications, tools, and resources that support the success of PRO teams.
  • Focuses on solutions that are in the best interest of the customer and escalates any issues, if necessary, to the Operations Manager for additional support.
