Your missions

Job Description:

Assist in the day-to-day activities of the QA team, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity with operations.
Assist in creating and developing effective QA process tracking tools and strategies.
Work closely with operations to implement QA processes, track compliance and identify improvements to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
Provide guidance to operations, including training on implementing QA projects.
Facilitate communication between other departments and QA to ensure alignment on projects, activities, goals, and timelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
Experience or familiarity with healthcare processes, regulations, and terminology is an advantage.
1-3 years of experience in QA, ideally in a BPO or healthcare setting.
Experience with QA tools and methodologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Able to Work From Home, must have a reliable internet connection
