Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing company specializing in multiple e-commerce brands. Their mission is to provide exceptional order fulfillment for their customers.

They are looking for a Contract Ecommerce Operations Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Amazon, eCommerce, and Shopify, as well as 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.

The primary responsibility of the Contract Ecommerce Operations Manager will be to manage the day-to-day operations of our eCommerce business. This includes managing our inventory, orders, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our eCommerce business
  • Manage our inventory, orders, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve our efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work closely with other members of the team to ensure that we are meeting our goals

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations management
  • Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Faire, Shopify, and Magento.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
