Logistics Operations Manager (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- Work closely with 3PL providers to establish clear communication channels
- Collaborate on inventory planning, order fulfillment, and transportation logistics
- Define KPIs for 3PL services and regularly evaluate them
- Ensure compliance with warehousing, material handling, and shipping regulations
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, optimizing logistics processes
- Monitor stock levels, reconcile data, and prepare annual budget
- This position is located in Jirkov, near Chomutov
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/High school in Logistics or Business Management
- 6+ years of supervision experience in shipping and warehouse operations
- Fluent in Czech and German languages
- Intermediate knowledge of English
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
- Effective leadership abilities to motivate teams in 3PL
- Proficient in managing warehouse-related projects
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Active driver - frequent traveling to Germany
