Job description

The position

You will work with the Regional Sales Director in developing new business leads and identifying further opportunities to grow the business across the East Europe. You will manage and enhance relationships with the Customers, ensuring that AEGPS become a trusted partner. You will handle incoming requests for complex and simple quotations, provide evaluation and technical advice to support other Account Managers. You will prepare winning quality bid offers with the optimum technical and commercial combination of products, solutions and services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify new Opportunities by analyzing potential customers’ challenges and needs.
  • Define winning strategy for large projects.
  • Enhance indirect sales channel organization in the Region.
  • Support the sales force developing solutions in order to prepare a quotation for a customer.
  • Handle customer requests, questions and updates relating to the prepared quotations.
  • Check final order and sales contract with the accepted quotation and clarify/solve any discrepancies.
  • Initiate preparation of technical documents (descriptions, drawings etc.) for complete and effective handover to the project engineering team in order to allow the production process to begin.
  • Develop and maintain good internal working relationships with the Customer, Sales and Account Managers, Project Managers, System Engineering, Service, Business Managers, Product Managers, Purchase, Production, etc.
  • Maintain good working relationship with regular customers; develop good working relationships with new customers.
  • Maintain efficient and reliable quotes administration.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Bachelor in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience within a relevant industry, completed with commercial experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of industrial power systems products/applications/solutions.
  • Willingness to understand the assigned markets and customers.
  • Understanding of commercial / contract law is a plus.
  • Computer Literacy is a must.
  • Fluent in Russian and English is a must.
  • German, Spanish, French or other spoken in the Region language skills would be an advantage.
