Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Slovak-speaking clients.
  • Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and relevant feedback for quality assurance.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Slovak (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage diverse customer inquiries.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new culture.
