Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Icelandic-speaking clients.
  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries and issues.
  • Resolve complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered.
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to customers when appropriate.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Icelandic and strong proficiency in English.
  • Experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece for the job.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure well.
