Key responsabilities:
- Serve as primary relationship owner for employer customers in the Mid-Market segment
- Partner with marketing to create campaigns and workshops for customers
- Produce and communicate customer reports regularly
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Contribute to product roadmap planning based on customer feedback
