Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Auto Damage & Estimatics Trainer to develop and implement a comprehensive training program for auto estimating. This role will involve building out a training curriculum from scratch or adapting existing materials to train insurance professionals with little-to-no experience on how to write auto estimates.

What You'll Do: 

  • Design, build, and implement a training program to take candidates from 0 to proficient in auto estimating.
  • Develop instructional materials and lead training sessions. 
  • Ensure the training program is designed to meet the needs of inexperienced trainees and experienced estimators seeking to streamline their work.
  • Concentrate and standardize the workflow of our current estimating teams, enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to refine training based on real-time feedback.
  • Take an active role in development of trainees post-hire to inform and iterate on a successful program.
  • Travel and other duties as necessary.
