As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced and dedicated Interim Clinical Supervisor to join our team and help shape the next generation of therapists.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in New Jersey to serve as an Interim Clinical Supervisor for our team of Licensed Social Workers (LSWs). This role is 100% remote, offering flexibility with the option to work part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate's preference. The interim period will last between 4-6 months, with the potential for this role to transition into a full-time, permanent Clinical Supervisor position.

The ideal candidate must already be an approved supervisor by the New Jersey board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision to LSWs in compliance with New Jersey licensing regulations
  • Oversee clinical documentation and ensure it meets regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks
  • Foster a supportive and collaborative environment for clinical growth and development
  • Assist with case consultations, offering guidance on complex cases and ensuring ethical and effective care delivery
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and quality assurance initiatives
  • Collaborate with leadership to align clinical practices with Manatee’s mission and values
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of training materials and resources for clinicians
  • Support clinicians in meeting their licensure requirements through mentoring and clinical guidance
Qualifications
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey 
  • Approved Supervisor by the New Jersey Board of Social Work Examiners 
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience, including prior experience supervising LSWs or associate therapists
  • Expertise in child and family therapy 
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Experience in telehealth or virtual care delivery is a plus
