JOB TITLE: eLearning Instructional Designer/Developer (WFH/Remote)

OFFER RATE: PHP 45k per month (Fulltime)

Working Hours: TBD (usually US hrs | Night shift)

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

High-Level Objective: Our eLearning department is seeking a remote eLearning Instructional Designer/Developer to assist with exciting projects and initiatives. The scope of work for this position includes:

  • Working closely with customers, Subject Matter Experts, and colleges to develop and design learning material, review educational content, and incorporate current technology in developing specific eLearning curricula. 

  • Support the deployment of learning programs including uploading and updating courseware and curricula, training assignments, learner notification text and rules in LMS. 

  • Utilize knowledge of LMS capabilities to recommend delivery strategies that yield a rich, meaningful, and dynamic end-user experience. 

  • Run demos of LMS modules and provide training to individuals and users groups. 

  • Edit professional and amateur videography, photography, and audio for the creation of custom training videos. 

  • Design and development of custom graphics and logos. 

  • Website design and development, including template modifications.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • A portfolio of work is required as part of the interview process

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in eLearning development

  • Experience with a variety of eLearning tools and standards (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Audiate, Techsmith, etc.)

  • Experience working with and developing courses for Learning Management Systems (LMS)

  • In-Depth knowledge and understanding of instructional design theory and practice.

  • Experience with HTML, audio, and video editing software for the creation of custom training videos.

  • Excellent oral and written communication.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to promote collaboration and productivity.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload, and maintain organized working files.

  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps preferred.
