You excel at aligning creative output with business goals through strategic thinking and a deep understanding of brand identity. With a natural ability to foster strong partnerships, you thrive in working closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to bring ideas to life and achieve shared success.

You will:

  • Develop and execute creative strategies for multimedia projects, ensuring alignment with the brand and organizational needs.

  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for video, animation, and motion graphics.

  • Deliver visually compelling and high-production-quality creative outputs.

  • Manage and mentor a team of motion graphic designers, fostering their growth and development.

  • Oversee the entire multimedia production process, including timelines and resource allocation.

  • Review and approve all multimedia content to ensure it meets technical and creative standards.

  • Optimize final deliverables for various platforms, including web, social media, and live broadcasts.

  • Align multimedia content with marketing and branding strategies by partnering with internal teams.
