YOUR MISSION

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will serve as a key member of the sales team. This is a hands-on role responsible for proactively driving the go-to-market sales strategy and developing our channel to market. This is a great opportunity for someone who would be excited and energized to join a strong sales team within a rapidly growing organization. Major Responsibilities:

  • Champions Regal Rexnord values and maintain conduct in accordance with Regal Rexnord vision, mission, initiatives, and company policies.

  • Work independently and own the development and growth of a strong strategic market.

  • Be the primary contributor to a new regional plan to achieve sales success in the area with the support of other regional sales engineers and a seasoned leadership team.

  • Enjoy the benefits of a structure that encourages 100% focus on customer actions and sales activities through strong independent estimating, project management and service execution teams.

  • Provide both product and service solutions that allow for continuous life cycle interaction with end users, integrators and contractors.

  • Bring a strong industry name to a whole new area of the country and drive our development and growth.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships while driving direct customer growth and development.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

  • 5+ years’ Sales experience, preferably in the Power Management industry.

  • Strong track record of developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that delivered on rapid revenue and margin growth objectives via a clear set of KPIs.

  • Ability to travel across North America.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Electrical Engineering/Power Engineering preferred.

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.

  • Proven ability to be hands-on, resourceful & results orientated with a mindset of continuous improvement.

  • Recognized by piers to be ambitious, energetic, self-sufficient & highly motivated.

  • Outstanding sales ability and closing skills.

  • Customer-focused with a passion for customer success.

  • Strong presentation communication skills.

  • Ability to engage and build value-based relationships at all levels and functions within customer and Regal Rexnord organizations.

  • Valid driver's license.
