  • Lead and mentor a team of agency supported field marketers and sampling coordinators, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to drive high performance and team engagement.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners involved in field marketing and sampling efforts, ensuring effective collaboration and contract compliance.
  • Serve as a key liaison with external stakeholders on event coordination, ensuring brand standards are adhered to and programs are being executed in line with the mission, vision and values of AG1.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for sampling events, trade shows, and other brand activities, ensuring smooth and premium execution.
  • Act as the brand ambassador in the field, ensuring all marketing activities reflect the company’s values and enhance the overall brand image.
  • Develop and manage budgets for field marketing and sampling programs, ensuring we’re within budget guardrails for each sampling activity
  • Ensure that events and activations are in line with budget, and that all expenses incurred are effectively tracked and reconciled.
  • Analyze the effective of field programs, and provide actionable insights that will enhance sales and engagement for future events and activations.
  • Work closely with the content, supply chain, and DIT teams to ensure storytelling, product allocation, and lead generation is integrated within their workstreams.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 4-6 years of field marketing, sampling, event production, with a proven track record of program management, premium execution, and agency management.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a consistent “can-do” attitude.

  • Ability to track and manage a budget, looking for ways to optimize and streamline
  • Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills.
  • Must be willing to work non-standard hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 40% of the time, within North America, depending on the business needs.
  • A full life outside of work with personal passions and hobbies!

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Competitive compensation and performance-based incentive plans.
  • A strong company culture that is enforced through the hiring process to ensure values alignment and a highly collaborative team.
  • A mission-driven approach to everything that we do, with an overall goal to significantly improve our customers’ health and wellness.
  • A high-growth, dynamic environment with opportunities for your direct impact to be felt.
  • Paid holidays, company-wide mental health days, and unlimited PTO (based on your country of residence).
  • In-person team meetups for optimal collaboration, team building and accelerating productivity.
