Your missions

Role Overview: 

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic HR Director to lead our human resources department. The HR Director will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Formulate and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's overall business objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive work environment through effective employee relations programs and conflict resolution.
  • Performance Management: Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems to drive employee development and organizational performance.
  • Training and Development: Create and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Design and administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all labor laws and regulations and stay updated on HR best practices.
  • HR Policies: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a more inclusive workplace.
  • HR Metrics: Track and analyze HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Leadership Development: Identify and nurture leadership talent within the organization.
  • HR Technology: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Attributes: Strategic thinker, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
