Your missions

A leading European multinational in the industrial sector, known for its innovative approach and sustainable solutions, is expanding in Latin America and is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst to lead the recruitment of young talents. 

The company is committed to integrating new generations who can excel in key areas such as maintenance, operations, and commercial roles.

Your primary mission will be to identify and attract young talents to fill critical roles in maintenance, operations, and sales. You will be responsible for managing the entire selection process, from strategy to onboarding, ensuring the company continues its growth with high-potential professionals.

Additionally, you will manage recruitment in Peru and other strategic Latin American markets, providing long-term talent solutions for the company.


Key Challenges:

  • Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract young talents in maintenance, operations, and commercial roles in Peru and other Latin American countries.
  • Lead the end-to-end selection process, from job postings to interviews and hiring.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and commercial teams to identify talent needs and the ideal profiles for each area.
  • Work on specific projects to ensure the company has a pipeline of developing professionals who can grow within the organization.
  • Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient and that the candidate experience is of high quality.


What we are looking for:

  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in attracting young talents in industrial or technical sectors.
  • Experience in Peru and other Latin American countries, leading regional selection processes.
  • Experience recruiting for roles in maintenance, operations, or commercial sales.
  • Ability to work independently and manage recruitment processes in a 100% remote environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on personal interaction and candidate experience.


Contract Type:

  • Freelancer or contractor agreement with an initial duration of 3 to 6 months.
  • 100% remote modality, offering flexibility to manage your time and tasks.
