About The Job

Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager" position.

As a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager,you will be an individual contributor in this role and reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager.

In this role you will;

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment process including updating job descriptions, posting job announcements, pre-selection of internal and external applications
  • Following up full cycle of recruitment steps such as interview, assessments, reference checks, offer etc. Organizing interviews and provide feedbacks to the candidates
  • Maintaining relationships with all candidates for future openings
  • Prepare recruitment status reports and provide analytical and well documented data
  • Managing the early & mid-level career employer branding activities

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related field
  • At least 5 years proven work experience as a Recruiter Hands on experience with various selection processes & assessments
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written knowledge in English & Turkish
