Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the
"Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager" position.
As a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager,you will be an
individual contributor in this role and reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager.

In this role you will;
- Managing end-to-end recruitment process including updating job descriptions, posting job announcements, pre-selection of internal and external applications
- Following up full cycle of recruitment steps such as interview, assessments, reference checks, offer etc. Organizing interviews and provide feedbacks to the candidates
- Maintaining relationships with all candidates for future openings
- Prepare recruitment status reports and provide analytical and well documented data
- Managing the early & mid-level career employer branding activities
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related field
- At least 5 years proven work experience as a Recruiter Hands on experience with various selection processes & assessments
- Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written knowledge in English & Turkish
