Your missions

POSITION DETAILS:

DEPARTMENT: Finance

LOCATION: Colombia / Remote (from Colombia)

REPORTS TO: Credit Collections Manager

 

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Contact customers via phone and email to collect on past due invoices.
  • Communicate with Sales to advise when customers are placed on credit hold.
  • Interact with various departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Take actions to encourage timely debt payments.
  • Process payments and refunds.
  • Resolve billing and customer credit issues.
  • Update account status records and collection efforts.
  • Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • 2+ years’ experience in Commercial Collections.
  • General computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excelent ommunication skills (written and oral).
  • Must have good administrative and organization skillsand ability to manage stress.
  • Skilled in negotiation.
  • Proeficiency in English (mandatory).
