Responsibilities include facilitation of agile scrum process, coaching team members as needed, fostering an environment of continuous improvement, and leading the team through successful delivery of work.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

• Strong demonstrated servant leadership experience working with agile team;
• Servant leader facilitating agile process and ensuring business outcomes are efficiently achieved;
• Monitor progress of deliverables, quality, proactively identifying risks, issues and escalation as needed with appropriate leadership;
• Ensure Client delivery process standards and controls are met;
• Follow Client release management process to schedule and manage code releases;
• Create and maintain plan in MS Project Server; includes budget & forecasting, accruals, invoice mapping, and ensuring resources have appropriate time tracking buckets setup to bill time. Project Server is our core resource planning and financial management tool;
• Partner with functional resource managers to ensure work efforts are effectively resourced;
• Manage project documentation following Client standards (i.e. Team Working Agreement, Detailed Design Documentation, Test Plan & Results, Status Reporting, Risks, Issues, Decisions);
• In addition those core scrum master responsibilities, you will be responsible for release management, ensuring delivery processes and controls are met, financials management including forecasting and project server plan maintenance, and stakeholder status communications.  

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of IT delivery management experience;
• Broad delivery management knowledge and experience spanning waterfall and agile delivery methodologies;
• Demonstrated agile coaching skillset building high performing teams;
• Knowledge and understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle);
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Project Server (preferred);
• Demonstrated ability to optimize team usage of board management tools (IE: Jira, Polarion);
• Proficiency with formal techniques on risk management;
• Experience managing code releases;
• ServiceNow experience (for documentation approvals and release management);
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Excellent relationship management skills;
• Strong demonstrated servant leadership experience working with agile teams;
• English advanced or fluent.
