Job description

We are looking for a Lead AI Test Automation Engineer who is excited about building quality AI solutions and energized about making a large impact for users and ultimately the patients of Novo Nordisk. Our applications bring cutting-edge AI innovation to thousands of scientists, data scientists, ML engineers, and users in the line of business. Our ambition is to deliver the best AI solutions tailored to Novo Nordisk, using our modern and integrated development process.

✔️Your main responsibilities include:

  • Create and own the test strategy for the software product
  • Write and maintain automated tests for various software components
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure software meets quality standards
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including product managers, to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
  • Stay up to date with the latest testing tools and technologies
  • Integrate testing activities throughout the entire product life cycle
  • Utilize frameworks for UI testing


Qualification &experience & skills :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s  degree in Computer Science or a similar area
  • 7+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automated testing
  • Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools (UI)
  • Experience with test-driven development and continuous integration
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Typescript, or JavaScript
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
  • Understanding of software development principles and methodologies
  • Professional collaborative software engineering experience with Git, peer reviews
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms Azure and/or AWS


✔️ Nice to have:

  • Data integration knowledge is a plus
  • User research or UX experience is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of AI is a plus
