Your key missions
The discussion about the Product/Team will take place as part of the People Engagement Process and throughout the Onboarding phase.
The Data Chapter Lead manages the community of experts on a specific perimeter (based on skills/profiles). They oversee effective allocation of resources across squads, secure consistency of practices & drive innovation, within the Chapter & with other Chapter Leads
Define Chapter agenda, in line with global vision & ambitions defined by Chapter Director
Define, maintain & document comprehensive reference frameworks on their scope, securing consistency of Chapter practices & alignment with other Chapter approaches
Manage Chapter members, ensuring an optimal allocation of resources across squads (incl. staffing management, people management, budget & cost management...), coordinate with Tech leadership in case of conflict/issues (arbitration on staffing...)
Drive Chapter community management (incl. knowledge management, research & innovation, team engagement...)
Provide insights & expertise at key steps to Chapter members, securing effective application of defined standards
Identify, mitigate or escalate any risk/interdependency identified on their scope, and directly oversee key cross-products/domains or critical Chapter initiatives
Define key metrics to monitor the performance & quality of services delivered by the Chapter, and drive the continuous improvement of associated capability within Pernod Ricard
Oversee governance & reporting on Chapter agenda (including stakeholders management...)
Promote Chapter initiatives & contribution to value creation within Pernod Ricard
Contribute to driving the transition towards innovative & agile ways of working/thinking within Chapters, and engage in cross-chapters innovation initiatives
