We are growing fast, and we are now looking for an Account Executive to join the Sales team in LATAM. This role will be responsible for expanding our database of customers in the region. The coordination of activities, timely reporting, and prospecting will be a significant element of this role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in helping customers solve challenges unique to their businesses, and have the utmost passion for sales and prospecting.

What you’ll do: 

  • Managing a pipeline of active deals from qualification to close
  • Conduct a consultative sales process, identifying the primary needs of leads through techniques such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, among others.
  • Conducting demos and follow ups
  • Managing Inbound leads of the region. 
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to drive continuous improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generated.  
  • Provide ongoing feedback to the sales and marketing department for continuous process optimization.  
  • Use and maintain Hubspot for data quality. 
  • Research potential clients to prospect.
  • Achieve defined KPI goals.  

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese are required and fluency in Spanish would be an advantage
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills with attention to details
  • Experience with consultative solution-selling methodology
  • Experience connecting and selling to senior executives within medium and large organizations
  • Track record of high performance and extremely satisfied customers
  • Experience working with a SaaS/Startup environment preferred
