Job description

Salary: P50,000 – P80,000 monthly package

Schedule: 1:00 AM – 10:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, search and social platforms.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies and audience building.
  • Proficiency in reading campaign analytics and reporting to measure campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.
  • Previous work in an agency environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant platforms.
  • Light copywriting skills particularly for PPC and social platforms.

What will you do?

  • Campaign Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and implement full-funnel digital marketing strategies to achieve client objectives.
    • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic display, and other social and search platforms.
  • Audience Building and Targeting
    • Utilize advanced audience building techniques to reach and engage target demographics.
    • Implement retargeting strategies to nurture and convert prospects.
  • Creative Development and Activation
    • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
    • Ensure that creatives align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
  • Landing Page and Lead Capture Optimization
    •  Work with the design and development teams to build optimize landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
    • Implement effective lead capture strategies, including forms, CTAs, and user flows.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using platform analytics tools.
    • Generate regular analysis on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
