Сurrently we are embarking on a digitalization journey with a unique opportunity to work on the forefront of Finance and Digital. Our Data and Analytics Team within Marine Finance segment is currently looking for EPM Specialist (OneStream). We are looking for an expert in the finance area, who has an experience in day-to-day operations (not particularly implementation process) within EPM, and who would be willing to support our finance colleagues in various activities in OneStream.

Responsibilities

  • Support monthly consolidation processes in accurate and timely manner (within OneStream)
  • Support targets, rolling forecast and similar financial planning processes (within OneStream).
  • OneStream consolidation and financial planning support for our various finance teams (Group Finance/Finance Business Partnering/GBS)
  • Control quality of data within OneStream Consolidation and Financial Planning solution 
  • Continually update technical knowledge and skills in OneStream solution
  • Create urgent/ad hoc reports and analysis, within agreed parameters (e.g., seniority of requestor, nature of report etc.)

Qualifications and competences

  • Master Degree in Finance/Economics or other relevant to the role area
  • 2-5 years of experience in finance/accounting
  • Experience in EPM is a prerequisite (OneStream/Hyperion/Oracle)
  • Experience in designing, developing and implementing Financial Planning, Budgeting, Reporting and Consolidation Solutions using EPM Suite of products
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is preferred
  • Strong English skills (verbal and written)
  • Analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset
  • Proactive and good stakeholder management skills

Additional details
