Industrial Trade & Converting

Do you have a strong commercial mindset? Do you have a proven track record within Sales? Do you have a good knowledge of how eCommerce works? Are you a highly proactive and ambitious individual, who want to work in a truly European organization?

Then you might be the candidate we are looking for, to further commercialize our technical & sustainable adhesive solutions, with a dedicated focus on industrial tesa business.

Industrial business development

In this position, you will drive further industrial business growth of tesa, in line with the company strategy, and commercialize our innovative & sustainable solutions. We expect to be seeing your contributions from the first month onward.

You will work in close cooperation with sales team Poland & Baltics, our marketing team and other European colleagues, supporting you to succeed in this role.


Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Increase sales and market share with portfolio of assigned customers, with maximum focus on Key Accounts
  • Maintain and expand the customer relationship and build the mutual trust with the aim of achieving company targets
  • Identity new opportunities on the market and successfully commercialize it by working actively on new & project based potentials
  • Drive strategic business development at our Trade Partners and big industrial manufacturers around Poland
  • Constantly provide feedback about market needs and new opportunities, identify gaps and close them by acquiring new customers
  • Manage projects, requests and claims; maintain accurate customer & project data within the CRM system
