Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in German, providing detailed and accurate information
  • Assist customers in resolving queries and product-related issues
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently

  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall customer experience

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
