About The Role

As a dedicated individual contributor, you will be the backbone of ensuring that our internal documentation, UX writing, and customer-facing content are up-to-date, clear, and accessible. You will craft detailed technical documentation and training materials that enhance understanding and competency across the organization. Additionally, you will write engaging copy that effectively presents and sells the value of our products and solutions, crafting content that motivates customers to take actions such as purchasing and utilizing our platform.

Your ability to distill technical information into layman's terms will be key to creating content that supports our dynamic teams and customers. This role is perfect for someone looking to make a tangible impact by ensuring all departments, teams, and customers are informed about platform changes, feature releases, and more. Responsibilities
  • Create, maintain, and update internal documentation related to our software, including user manuals, internal wikis, and FAQs. Ensure technical accuracy and usability of all documentation.
  • Use UX writing and content design skills to create UI text that facilitates user navigation, onboarding, error messages, instructional materials, and other user experience components.
  • Produce high-quality technical documents that communicate the usability and technical aspects of features and platforms.
  • Develop and produce educational materials, host workshops, and facilitate new employee onboarding and ongoing training for internal teams.
  • Design and revise content to make complex information easy to understand and use.
  • Gather and analyze employee and customer feedback to identify areas for documentation improvement.
  • Craft and develop customer-facing content to engage users around our product, motivating actions such as purchasing and platform utilization.
  • Partner with product team members and work closely with the technical support department to provide updates and changes to our platforms based on customer feedback.
  • Take ownership of documentation for new features and releases, ensuring all relevant teams are prepared for go-to-market strategies and product launches.
  • Assist in communicating the product roadmap internally, ensuring all departments are aligned with the company’s future direction and upcoming features.
  • Develop and maintain a revision process to ensure all documentation is updated and centrally available for all departments.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to junior UX writers and educate cross-functional partners on the role of UX writing and content strategy throughout the product development process.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a technical role that required technical writing, ideally within a Product Team.
  • Proven experience in technical writing, UX writing, content creation, or a similar role within a tech environment.
  • Strong ability to translate complex product information into clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • Experience in producing multimedia educational content, including videos and interactive tutorials.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to effectively interpret customer feedback and recommend actionable insights.
