Since we were founded in 2021, we have quickly grown to 5 locations across two continents and close to 100 team members of different nationalities.  

We’re continuing to grow at a fast pace. We’ll be opening 2 new locations, and have ambitious goals to empower people to have more fulfilling lives by designing a lifestyle enabling balance, growth and deeper connections with ourselves, our families, nature and the world.

🙌The role

We’re seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement efforts for our international hospitality business. This role will focus on sourcing real estate, negotiating contracts, and optimising supplier relationships for our expanding accommodation, education, and community units. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in procurement, particularly in real estate or hospitality, with strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

• Collaborate with the finance team to optimise costs and manage procurement budgets.

• Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.

• Track and report on procurement KPIs, ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Support the opening of new Boundless Life locations, focusing on real estate acquisitions and operational sourcing.

🫶About you

• 5-7 years of experience in procurement, ideally in real estate, hospitality, or related industries.

• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing large-scale supplier contracts.

• Excellent understanding of procurement processes, legal contracts, and cost management.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally.

• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

• Experience with sustainability initiatives is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
