Estimator/Takeoff Specialist

Description:
RemoteVA PH is seeking a skilled Takeoff Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing accurate plan takeoffs using Bluebeam and should be proficient in QuickBooks and Excel for managing and tracking costs. The role requires excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide regular updates on project progress. Familiarity with task management software like Asana is a plus, as you will be working closely with the team to ensure timely completion of takeoff projects.

Responsibilities:
-Perform detailed plan takeoffs using Bluebeam
-Track and manage data in Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness
-Utilize QuickBooks for financial management related to project tasks
-Collaborate with the team regularly and provide progress updates
-Manage tasks and workflow using Asana

Qualifications:
-Proficiency in Bluebeam for takeoffs
-Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel
-Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
-Experience with Asana or similar project management tools is preferred

Working Schedule
-Work full-time from 9 AM - 5 PM EST (9pm-5am PH Time)
