Position Overview:

Our Learning and Development team plays a crucial role in shaping the future of our employees through innovative training and development programs. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and supportive setting.

As a Learning and Development Intern, you will assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs and initiatives. You will work closely with our Learning and Development team to support various projects, conduct research, and contribute to the overall success of our training efforts. This internship offers valuable exposure to the field of Learning and Development and provides an opportunity to develop practical skills in a professional setting.   We offer flexible business work hours M-F and remote opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and coordination of training materials and resources.
  • Support the planning and execution of training sessions, workshops, and events.
  • Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in Learning and Development.
  • Help with the analysis and reporting of training program effectiveness and participant feedback.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to training programs, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and address training needs and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Instructional Design, Content Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Learning and Development and a passion for supporting employee growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Video Editing experience is a plus!
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a related field or internship is a plus but not required.
