Your missions

Role Overview

We are looking for a tech-savvy and dedicated Legal Recruiting Intern to assist with the daily administrative duties associated with our legal recruitment efforts. This is a remote position in which the Legal Recruiting Intern will join our virtual office via Zoom during working hours from Monday to Friday. Candidates MUST be located and/or eligible to work in the United States.

Essential Job Functions

  • Curate attorney and job lists using the database provided.
  • Save attorney documents.
  • Assist with the attorney submission process.
  • Create and update simple Excel sheets.
  • Assist with tracking candidates.
  • Other administrative duties as required.


Core Education and Experience

  • High school diploma
  • Current enrolment in an undergraduate degree programme


Software Expertise

Knowledge of the following applications is required:

  • Zoom

  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Calendar, OneDrive, Word, Excel)
