Key Qualifications

MUST HAVE CUSTOMS BROKERAGE SALES EXPERIENCE 

High school Diploma is required, post-secondary education preferred 

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite of products 

Strong communication skills – verbal and written is required


Description of Role

Position is responsible for researching, soliciting and booking qualified brokerage sales leads for the outside Sales Account Executives.

    Research leads from various lead sources 

    Make out bound sales calls from various lead sources to potential prospects 

    Qualify prospect to ensure they are a target account for Willson International 

    Once qualified representative is to book the appointment for corresponding outside Sales Account Executive. 

    Once appointment has been booked, place lead in corresponding outside Sales Account Executive calendar and send email notification to sales rep. 

    Keep track of all leads, daily # of calls and contacts on lead tracker.
